Insurance Trewimage has full Public liability insurance. While you are with us, however, your equipment and belongings are not covered by our insurance. Please be sure to look after your own belongings and make sure your equipment is insured. |

Qualifications Jeremy Trew, has been a professional photographer for his whole life. Jeremy now spends all his energy passing on his joy and skills to people who share his passion. Imagemasterclass has now passed its forth year. Jeremy's wife Pauline has helped with the classes over the last four years and is now well qualified to get more involved in teaching and helping students.

Cooling off period After purchasing your class we offer a cooling off period of 10 days. We will give you a full refund if notified in writing within the period of 10 days from your payment. After that time we are not able to offer a refund. |

Change of dates or missed classes Sometimes people can't make a specific date within the whole session. If we're told at the time of booking we may be able to change dates within the sessions so you don't lose out.
Once the dates are finalised we can not give you a refund or change dates due to any unforeseen circumstances that may effect your ability to attend a class. It's up to you to ensure you can make all the classes. If you have to miss a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee to give you an alternative date but we will supply you with home notes for you to catch up. Gift tokens All our tokens are valid for 6 months. Dates for classes must be finalised within that time. |
